Hello! 

We are so excited about The West Coast Planners upcoming meetup on April 1-3, 2022! This event was originally scheduled for 2020 and was rescheduled (twice) due to covid. We are taking every precaution to keep our attendees safe while easing back into getting together with our friends and favorite planner people. We absolutely could not make our events fabulous without the support of shops like you! We have many ways to donate swag or goodies.

These are sponsorship opportunities for The West Coast Planners Better Together Event and do not include an actual ticket to the event. To attend the event please contact Katie or Colleen at hello@thewestcoastplanners.com or purchase a ticket from the ticket site.  We hope to see you there!

🌟 Table Sponsorship - Sponsor also agrees to send 10 table sponsor gifts for attendees valued at $30 or more. WCP provides signage for table. ( 8 at your table & 2 for volunteer/speaker tables ) Please note, we can not accept any alcohol or drug products for the tables - Thank you for understanding. 

The above description is how it worked in the past. This year, things may look a little bit different, but West Coast Planners promise to make your tables amazing!

🍓 Snack Sponsorship - WCP will provide signage on the snack bar and program ad. Snack bar will be provided to all attendees  during Better Together event

🍪Dessert Sponsorship - WCP will provide signage on dessert bar during the evening activity and a program ad

💕Name Badge Sponsorship - Your company logo on the name badges given to every attendee

✨ Photo Booth Sponsorship - Your company logo on the souvenir photos attendees get from the photo booth

🌟 Friday Evening Reception Sponsor - Sponsor a snack or dessert bar Friday night during pre-registration

💚Tote Bag Sponsor - Your logo incorporated into the design on the main swag bags given out at the end of workshops

✨Welcome Bag Sponsor - Your logo incorporated into the the design on the Welcome bag given to attendees at check-in

🌟 Pen Sponsorship - Your logo on a pen given to every attendee during workshops

💜 Sharpie Sponsorship - Your logo on a sharpie marker given out during workshops

✨ Highlighter Sponsorship - Your logo on a highlighter given out during workshops

🌟 Program Ads - 1/4 page - Full page - Highlight your shop to attendees! Full color

🥪PB & J Sponsorship - 1/4 page ad, name on photo backdrop, logo in slide show

🍩 Bakers Dozen Sponsorship- 1/2 page ad, name on photo backdrop, logo in slide show, shop featured on IG

🧀 Mac & Cheese Sponsorship - Full page ad, logo on photo backdrop, logo in slide show, shop featured in Facebook group

All sponsorship levels include a logo and link on ticketing site.
